Job Description

As part of our international expansion, Visa Mondial is recruiting talented professionals across Francophone Africa. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our client service operations, guiding applicants through international mobility processes, and representing our Canadian brand locally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for Canadian immigration and client onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both French and English to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records, process client documentation, and support workflow management.
  • Collaborate with our global Canadian team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 / Licence) or higher from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an administrative role, preferably within tourism, immigration, customer service, or international business.
  • Languages: Native or near-native fluency in French (written & spoken) and strong proficiency in English (written & spoken).
  • Tech skills: Proficient in standard office tools, CRM software, and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, organization, customer focus, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
