Agreement for English Language Exam Preparation Services
Between the Company: Visamondial Consulting Ltd.
And the Client:
This Agreement is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between Visamondial Consulting Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia with its principal place of business at [1055 Dunsmuir St Suite 732, Vancouver,] (hereinafter referred to as “Visamondial”), and, [Client’s Name] residing at [Client’s Address] (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).
1. Services
1.1 Services Provided: Visamondial agrees to provide the Client with English language coaching and mentorship services, including:
• 7 sessions of private classes
• Full online support and daily feedback throughout the entire course
1.2 Service Duration: The Services shall commence on the day of the agreement and shall continue for a period of 2 months.
2. Fees
2.1 Fee: The Client agrees to pay Visamondial a fee of CAD $250.00 for the Services provided.
2.2 Payment Terms: The Client shall pay the full fee at the time of signing this Agreement.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of the Services provided, no refunds will be issued once the Services have commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, developed or created in connection with the Services shall be the sole and exclusive property of Visamondial.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause upon written notice to the other party if the other party materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within seven days of written notice.
6. Governing Law
6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
7. Entire Agreement
7.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
